To ensure a pleasant stay, please be aware of the following house rules and notices:

⚠️ The reception staff is not authorized to store guests' luggage. However, if you wish, you can leave your bags at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is permitted after 10 PM (Quiet Hours).

⚠️ The apartment has a QR code for Wi-Fi access. Simply scan it with your phone's camera to connect.

⚠️ The guest must provide a list with the full names and ID numbers of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of guests allowed. People not on the provided list will not be allowed into the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, placing them in different trash bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or beach towels.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, please ensure that all electrical appliances are turned off. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a deduction of R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged and are subject to an extra charge. Please be careful not to damage the linens or towels, as any damage will be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and will not be replenished.

⚠️ All guests must send a copy of their ID at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
