Welcome to our 240 m² villa in Salobre Golf, located in a private urbanisation with access to a communal swimming pool, sun loungers and beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and sea. The property offers capacity for 5 people and has 3 bedrooms distributed over two floors.
Upper floor:
- Master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in wardrobe and terrace with views of the golf course.
- Single bedroom.
- Ground floor:
- Living-dining room with access to the garden.
- Fully equipped independent kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer...).
- Bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the outside.
- Full bathroom next to the bedroom.
- The spacious garden-terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a peaceful environment.
