There is a laundry room located on the third floor. When you exit the elevator, it is on the left. Furthermore, it is situated in a privileged area, close to important cultural landmarks such as the Football Museum, the São Paulo Museum of Art Assis Chateaubriand (MASP), the Paço das Artes, among others. The area also offers easy access to markets, shops and restaurants, and is close to the Vila Madalena metro station, ensuring practicality, comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please pay attention to the following house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.

⚠️ Noise is permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ Upon leaving the apartment, please ensure you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Linen and bath towel change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please handle any items that may damage your belongings, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
