The building offers excellent infrastructure, with a swimming pool and shared kitchen on the 24th floor, as well as laundry facilities, a gym, and a coworking space on the 5th floor.

The location is privileged: it's just 6 minutes from Allianz Parque, the venue for major events, 8 minutes from the Museum of Indigenous Cultures, and 20 minutes from the Memorial da América Latina. The area also has several markets, shops, and restaurants, ensuring convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please pay attention to the following house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.

⚠️ Noise is permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ Upon leaving the apartment, please ensure you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 bath towel per guest and 1 face towel per bathroom in the apartment. Linen and towel change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please handle items that may damage your belongings, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
