To ensure everything goes smoothly, please pay attention to the following house rules and notices:

⚠️ Smoking is not allowed.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ Noise is not permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in garbage bags. Different.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or towels.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, please ensure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. Linen and towel change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please be careful with items that may damage your property, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
