⚠️ Services such as: crib, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges; if you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification. ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ Noise is permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Linen and bath towel change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please be careful with items that may damage your belongings, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Toiletries, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
