Welcome to your little corner in the Serra! Our apartment is located in the traditional Várzea neighbourhood, central region of Teresópolis. Ideal for small families or business travellers, the property offers comfort, practicality and the convenience of being close to everything: markets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks and the best cafés and restaurants in the city. The property has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to accommodate your guests. Your small pet is welcome on the property
- Property with practical and central location, in front of the Teresópolis City Hall
- The Serra dos Órgãos National Park is approximately 3.5 km away, excellent for those seeking ecotourism and trails such as Pedra do Sino and Bananeiras
- In the bedroom there is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, coat rack with hangers and mattress protector
- The bathroom has an electric shower and acrylic shower box
- The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, including coffee maker, blender, microwave and sandwich maker (except salt, pepper and oil)
- Dining table
- In the living room you will find a mini-fridge and sofa bed
- 110 V outlets
- Portable fan
- Bed linen, towels, wool blanket and duvet
- There is a communal laundry room in the ground floor with a wash tank and clothes line
