This apartment is located near downtown Rio de Janeiro, just 10 minutes from the metro station. Situated in a central and strategic area, it offers easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as all the amenities needed to make the most of the city.

In addition, the building has a 24-hour mini-market, available every day of the week, offering convenience and a variety of products during your stay. The mini-market is located in the common area on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator (press button 3).

⚠️ The caretaker is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.

⚠️ Noise is permitted after 10 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all persons who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, depositing them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Please use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or bath linens.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, please ensure you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Linen and bath towel changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Please handle any damaged items with care, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ Toiletries, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
