Description
Located in front of the city hall, in the heart of Gramado, about 200m from Rua Coberta, the apartment will allow you to enjoy the centre without needing a car! It has 4 bedrooms, including one suite and three bedrooms (considering the service room), complete social bathroom, high-speed wifi, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, service area with clothes washer, spacious living room with two environments (living and dining) and a huge private terrace (with 40m²)! Air conditioning is done by Split H/C (in bedrooms and living room). Ideal for those who want to enjoy the centre, leaving cars in the two garage spaces, with all neighbourhood resources close to you!

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 05 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
*Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to have responsibility regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
