NEW! Welcome to the Rosas 401 apartment! Located in the heart of Gramado, in front of Praça das Rosas (with a children's playground, extending along Rua Torta), it is about 600m from Rua Coberta and will allow you to enjoy the centre while leaving your car in the garage (1 space)! You will find several restaurants, markets and tourist attractions very close to the building!
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 suites, 1 dorm. and 1 full social bathroom) air-conditioned with hot/cold split and smart TV. It also has a climatised living room with 4 environments (living, dining, complete open kitchen and closed balcony with a view of the square) with fireplace and barbecue area. You will also have at your disposal washer and dryer, dishwasher, high-speed internet and a complete high-standard bedding for your stay.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
