The apartment must be returned organized: without dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Devices that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence hours: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 5 guests; each additional guest incurs an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
