Description
This new apartment is your opportunity to be in the centre of Gramado, about 600m from Rua Coberta, being able to enjoy the neighbourhood without needing a car and with several shops, restaurants and markets nearby! Decorated with great care in every detail, it will provide several amenities: garage, high-speed internet, two suites and powder room, washer and dryer, Q/H split in the living room and suites and complete bedding for your stay!
The spacious living room with three environments (kitchen, living and dining) and lavatory will provide a cosy space for you to enjoy moments of relaxation in group! In addition to the electric fireplace, it also has Q/H split and balcony, making summer and winter days special!
The complete kitchen has a barbecue grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop and stove. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a wine. The apartment also has a laundry with washer and dryer.
In the intimate area, we find two air-conditioned suites, each with Q/H split, smart TV, blackout blinds and curtains that bring cosiness. One of the suites has a queen bed and an auxiliary single bed (like a bunk bed, being stored under the queen bed box when not in use to optimise space). The other suite has two single beds that, when positioned side by side and with the use of a standard hotel pillow top, form a queen bed and an auxiliary single bed.
The apartment also has a parking space and a complete trousseau for your stay, so your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
