Description
This apartment is your new opportunity to LIVE the centre of Gramado, about 600m from Covered Street, without needing a car! Decorated with great care in every detail, it will provide: a parking space, high-speed internet, two suites, Q/H split in the living room and suites, fireplace, washer and dryer and complete trousseau for your stay!
The living room has three environments (kitchen, living and dining) and a washroom and will provide a space to enjoy moments of relaxation in group, with great taste! In addition to the heater, it also has Q/H split, making summer and winter days special!
The complete kitchen has dishwasher, barbecue grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop and stove. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or to simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a wine. The apartment also has a laundry room with washer and dryer.
In the intimate area, we find two suites, each with Q/H split, blackout blinds and curtains that bring cosiness. One suite has a queen bed and the other suite has a double bed. Each suite also has a separate mattress, ideal for the kids!
The apartment also has a parking space and complete trousseau for your stay, so your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
