The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers should be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on should be switched off, and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One garage parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other parking spaces.
This property has a base rate for 3 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
