Description
Beautiful duplex penthouse with spacious living room integrated with dining area and complete American kitchen with barbecue, service area with washer/dryer. It has 5 bedrooms, with 3 suites, and two full bathrooms. Features smart TVs and Q/C split in all rooms, and two parking spaces. Located about 800m from Covered Street and surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, etc, allowing you to enjoy the facilities and delights that the city offers in short walks, leaving the cars in the garage!
On the main floor, the main living area and dining area are integrated into the complete kitchen, with a barbecue grill and service area with washer and dryer, a suite and a full bathroom that serves the other bedroom on the same floor.
On the upper floor, we find an intimate living area with a sofa bed, two suites, and a full bathroom to serve the other bedroom.
Located about 800m from Rua Coberta, on a flat street, near several restaurants (some quite exclusive and renowned!), supermarket, pharmacy, fruit shop, etc., which allows you to do many things on foot, leaving the cars in the garage, while calmly contemplating everything that Gramado has to offer!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to have responsibility regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
