Description
The Palladio 402 apartment is a cosy duplex with 4 bedrooms located 300m from Rua Coberta and will allow you to enjoy the centre without needing a car, with markets and restaurants nearby!
The apartment has a complete kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, toilet, integrated living/dining room with balcony and barbecue. On the main floor there is a complete social bathroom and two bedrooms. On the upper floor, a spacious private living room, another complete bathroom and two more bedrooms.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
The apartment must be delivered organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-conformities may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were switched on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be altered subject to availability and reception fee (£100.00).
Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to be responsible regarding their mess and noise. Non-conformities may result in a fine (£110.00).
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 6 guests, with an additional fee for each extra guest. At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
