Description

Environments air-conditioned by split H/C (except bathrooms), equipped kitchen with barbecue and laundry with washer and dryer. Located in the heart of the city, just 3 blocks from Covered Street and also 30m from Vita Boulevard. Leave the car in the garages and enjoy the best of life here, with restaurants, bars, cafés, markets and city shops, very close to the apartment!
On the ground floor, the coverage provides a spacious living room integrating the dining and living room with a charming fireplace and abundant lighting and ventilation. There is also a complete suite with balcony and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a barbecue and full service to receive up to 12 people, and the laundry has a washer/dryer.
On the upper floor, we find the intimate living room (the second living room) and 3 more complete suites, air-conditioned by split H/C and with smart TV.
This coverage comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with clothing compatible with the number of guests.
This apartment is located in the centre, next to Av. Borges de Medeiros and the Vita Boulevard development, and about 3 blocks from Covered Street. In this way, you can get to know the restaurants, bars, cafés, markets and city shops while walking and enjoying the delights of the city, leaving the car in the garage.

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided: one in the building and another space in a car park 80m away. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces. Consult the host to verify the availability of an extra space.
This property has a base rate for 6 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
