Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed depending on availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: without dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 6 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
*Pets are welcome, but responsibility regarding their mess and noise is necessary. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
