Description
This apartment can be your next opportunity to have the centre of Gramado at your feet! Located about 300m from Rua Coberta, with various market, shop and restaurant options nearby, it will allow you to enjoy the neighbourhood without needing a car!
With two bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 04 guests, with two in each room (one with a queen bed and another with two single beds that, when united, form a queen bed). It also has a living room with two environments (living and dining) with a fireplace and balcony, a complete social bathroom, a washroom and a complete kitchen with a washing machine.
The apartment also has a garage space, high-speed internet and a complete set of bedding for your stay!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
