On the main floor, the property has a spacious living room air-conditioned by split H/C with two environments (living and dining) and Smart Tv, complete kitchen with laundry and barbecue area (also featuring coffee maker, washing machine, microwave and sandwich maker), two rooms for two guests (with one air-conditioned suite by split H/C) and a complete social bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find a second very spacious living room (intimate living) and two more bedrooms air-conditioned by split H/C (with one suite, which despite having a bathtub, only the shower can be used) for up to 04 guests each.

The location of the apartment is another great attraction: in the heart of Gramado, it is about 700m from Rua Coberta and 200m from Rua Torta and will allow you to enjoy the centre without needing a car! You will have several restaurants, shops and there is even a market about 400m away!

We still offer two garage spaces, high-speed internet, and a complete linen set for your stay, allowing you to worry only about enjoying the delights of the city!

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
