The apartment is spacious and features two bedrooms with Q/H split, lavatory, living room with two environments (living and dining), complete kitchen, gourmet space with barbecue, garage parking space and complete linen for your stay!
Located about 400m from Rua Coberta, this apartment will allow you to enjoy Gramado's centre without needing a car! You will find pharmacies, supermarket, pharmacies, shops and restaurants nearby, leaving the car parked in the garage!
The spacious living area integrates the living and dining area with the gourmet space with barbecue, being able to accommodate up to 05 guests with plenty of space for meals or simply enjoying a hot chocolate or a wine. The complete kitchen includes refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, cooktop and stove.
In the private area we find two air-conditioned rooms, each with Q/H split and venetian blinds that bring cosiness. One of the rooms has a queen bed and a single mattress. The other room has a double bed and complete linen will be provided for your stay!
The apartment also has high-speed internet and a garage parking space! Thus, your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people from the fifth guest onwards.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
