Description
Modern apartment, decorated with great taste and care, features a living room with 2 integrated environments and a fireplace, complete kitchen with dishwasher, 2 suites, powder room. All environments are equipped with smart TV and hot/cold air conditioning. One garage space. Very beautiful and comfortable property!
Located in the Vita Boulevard complex, about 4 blocks from Rua Coberta, it is close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, etc., which allows you to enjoy all the facilities and delights that the city offers, in short walks.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 03 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
