The property is complete and features various amenities, including a full bathroom, Smart TV, king-size bed, high-speed internet, a comfortable double sofa bed, hot/cold split in the living room and suite, garage parking space, and high-quality bedding!

Gramado is 220V.
Free check-in is from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Devices that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building quiet hours: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One garage space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
