Description
This apartment is your new opportunity to Live the centre of Gramado, about 1.5km from Covered Street, with several market and restaurant options right next to you!
Carefully decorated in every detail, it will provide: a parking space, high-speed internet, two suites, split A/C in the living room and suites, dishwasher, washer and dryer and complete trousseau for your stay!
The living room has three environments (kitchen, living and dining) and a lavatory and will provide a space to enjoy moments of relaxation in group, with great taste! It also has split A/C in the living room and suites, making summer and winter days special!
The complete kitchen has a dishwasher, barbecue grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, blender and stove with oven. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or to simply enjoy a hot chocolate or a wine. The apartment also has a laundry with washer and dryer.
In the intimate area, we find two suites, each with split A/C, blackout blinds and curtains that bring cosiness. One of the suites has a queen bed and the other suite has a double bed.
The apartment also has a parking space and complete trousseau for your stay, so your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Devices that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
