Welcome to Bariloche 303, a charming apartment located near the centre of Gramado, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends seeking comfort and convenience.
This modern 85m² apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, with two spacious and cosy bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a queen-size bed, ensuring a relaxing rest for all guests.
The property has two complete bathrooms, both with a shower, making it easier for larger groups. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.
For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, as well as electric heaters for colder days. Wi-Fi internet and an iron are also available.
The location is one of the highlights: situated in a quiet and urbanised area, Bariloche 303 is just 600m from the Semprebon supermarket and 2km from the famous Covered Street, one of the main tourist attractions in Gramado.
A differentiating feature is the private parking in a garage, with one parking space included. In the internal area, you can also enjoy a barbecue grill, perfect for moments of relaxation.
Important: pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
