The apartment is a duplex and features on the main floor a bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom, kitchen equipped with a sink, living room with two environments (living and dining, with barbecue and fireplace). On the upper floor, there is a suite with a closet and balcony! It also has covered parking, high-speed internet, and complete bedding!
Thus, your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
