Description
This apartment is your new opportunity to Live the centre of Gramado, about 900m from Covered Street, without needing a car! Welcoming in every sense, it will provide: two parking spaces, high-speed internet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with 2 en-suites), split C/H in the living room and bedrooms, fireplace and complete bedding for your stay!
The living room has three environments (living, dining and barbecue) a complete social bathroom and will provide a space for you to enjoy group relaxation moments, with plenty of space! It has a balcony with a view of Av Borges de Medeiros, ideal for enjoying a mate or a glass of wine!
The complete kitchen has a barbecue, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, oven and stove. At the table, up to 06 guests can sit for meals or to simply enjoy a hot chocolate. The apartment also has a laundry area with a tank and counter with two more seats.
In the intimate area of the main floor there is a suite, a bedroom and a complete social bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a complete bathroom and a queen bed and two single loose mattresses. All rooms have split C/H and blackout that will bring cosiness.
The apartment also has two parking spaces and complete bedding for your stay, so your only concern will be to enjoy a lot!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a fixed rate for 5 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
At the time of booking, all adults, children, and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
