Welcome to Positano 306, a charming refuge located in Gramado ideal for families, couples and groups of friends seeking comfort and convenience!
This cosy apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a queen-size bed, accommodating up to 4 people with total comfort. The two full bathrooms ensure practicality for all guests.
The American kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, as well as complete crockery and utensils for a pleasant gastronomic experience.
The apartment has central heating, perfect for the colder days in Gramado, and Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Additionally, we provide an iron and a private parking space in the same building, making your stay easier.
For leisure moments, the apartment has a barbecue area, allowing special moments with your companions. It is worth noting that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
Located in an area of 84m², the space is ideal for those seeking comfort, practicality, and a pleasant stay in Gramado. Situated approximately 1km from the covered street, it has supermarkets, pharmacies, gym, and restaurants very close by, allowing you to enjoy the centre without needing a car!

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
Heating will be charged separately, per day of use, at check-out, based on consumption records.
