Privileged location about 400m from Covered Street, in the heart of the city! This allows you to enjoy all the facilities and delights that the city offers, such as bars, restaurants, cafés, markets and shops, leaving the car in the garage.
On the main floor, the property has a spacious living room with 3 integrated environments connected to the American kitchen with barbecue, service area with washer and dryer, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, powder room and complete bathroom.
On the upper floor, we find an intimate living area and 2 more bedrooms, powder room.
Its location near Santa Claus Village and about 400m from Covered Street, allows you to enjoy the city, its facilities and beauties, leaving the car in the garage!

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property accommodates up to 22 guests and has a base rate for 08 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
