On the main floor we have a complete kitchen with barbecue, living and dining rooms, two bedrooms with double bed, one complete social bathroom and a veranda with privileged view of the lake! On the upper floor is the third bedroom (with a queen bed, a single bed and a bunk bed) with balcony, a bathroom and a veranda.
The apartment also has a complete trousseau and a garage space!

Check-in is free from 3pm to 10pm and check-out from 8am to 11am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (r$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (r$110.00). Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30am to 1:30pm and from 10pm to 8am.
One garage space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, each addition has an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in 3 hours.
All guests must provide photo identification by check-in.
