The American kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and blender. Ideal kitchen for preparing delicious meals and enjoying special moments with family.
Air conditioning in the living room and electric heaters in the bedrooms ensure thermal comfort in any season.
Located in a privileged residential area, the apartment is just 150 metres from the Nacional supermarket and 500 metres from the famous Covered Street, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc, allowing you to discover the facilities and delights the city offers through short walks.

Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 5 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
