Cosy apartment, located in the heart of Gramado, with spacious living room with 2 environments, with fireplace, smart TV and gourmet barbecue, integrated with complete kitchen with dishwasher, and service area with washer and dryer. It has 3 complete suites, all air-conditioned with split H/C, two of them with TVs. Balconies in all environments. Forget the cars in the garage and enjoy all the beauties that the city offers in short walks!
Located at Praça das Rosas, in the heart of Gramado, about 500m from Covered Street and about 200m from Crooked Street, you will find bars, markets, restaurants just steps from the apartment!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be turned off and windows closed.
There are two building silence hours: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Three parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 5 guests, each addition has an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide photo ID by check-in.
