The Villa di Pietro 201 apartment is located just two blocks (300m) from Rua Coberta, in the heart of the city, in an elegant building with a lift. It has 2 bedrooms, including one suite, a complete social bathroom, integrated living/dining area with an American kitchen with a barbecue grill, and a spacious closed balcony with an intimate living space. The property is equipped with Q/F split in the bedrooms and living room, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, iron, hair dryer, and complete bedding. Its wonderful location near bars, restaurants, shops, etc., allows you to enjoy the facilities and delights that the city offers, leaving the car in the garage!

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
