2 suites, powder room. All environments are equipped with smart TV and hot/cold air conditioning. Accommodates up to 6 people. One parking space. Very beautiful and comfortable property!
Located in the Vita Boulevard complex, about 4 blocks from Rua Coberta, close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, etc., which allows you to enjoy all the facilities and delights that the city offers, in short walks.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other parking spaces.
This property has a base rate for 3 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
