This cosy one-bedroom apartment can be your opportunity to LIVE an authentic experience as a resident of Gramado! Located about 1.5km from R Coberta, in a traditional residential neighbourhood, the Stuttgart apartment offers a garage space, complete linen, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, and a wonderful view of the valley! In the vicinity, you will also find markets, shops and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy the centre in short walks!
Compact and complete, the apartment has hot water at all points, living room with two environments (living and dining, with a double sofa bed), complete and independent kitchen with dishwasher and barbecue, one bedroom (with a double bed and an extra mattress) and a complete social bathroom, one garage space and a balcony with a wonderful view to contemplate the sunset in the valley! We provide heating to warm the coldest days!
Located in a quiet traditional residential neighbourhood (Bavaria district), it is approximately 1.5km from R Coberta and will offer various restaurant, market, and shop options nearby, allowing you to enjoy the centre with short walks!

Gramado is 220v.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (£100.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (£110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
At the time of booking, all adults, children and babies who will be staying must be reported.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
